Physical

An awesome day with friends
I went to East Coast Park for barbecue with my Church friends. It was a zone event, and there were many people who went for that barbecue session. We played a number of games there before the barbecue start. The games were fun and thrilling, which made everyone bond with each other more. We spent quite some time getting the fire started as the wind was strong due to the surrounding. I went to help out in barbecuing the chicken wings, otahs and satays. We had a mini concert by the sea. It was cooling and the mini concert lasted for an hour. It was a successful concert which many of us enjoyed as we sang along together with the singers. Not long later, we went home as it was about 11 p.m.

Game leaders briefing about how to play the games.

Helped out with the barbecuing.

Enjoying the mini concert.

1. Your expectations:
A) Why you chose to do that activity.
- As we spend time bonding with each other, getting to know each other more. We'll be able to stand strong together as one and go through thick and thin together regardless of any obstacle.

B) What you felt mattered in that activity.
- Bondage and teamwork is very important as a house which is divided by itself cannot stand.

2. Highlights:
What you enjoyed most in that activity.
- The mini concert, because it was really amazing to hear some of our friends performing. Using their voices, they'll be a comforter to their friends, be able to touch others' lives.

3. Your reflection:
A) What challenges you overcame.
- Trying to start the fire due to the strong wind. No matter how many times we tried to start it, the fire won't be big, or it will be extinguish. We persevere and finally, after countless times, we finally succeed.

B) What do failures and successes mean.
- Failures are those trails whereby can lead you to success. For me, failures are just levels and stages which will get us one more step closer towards our goal, our success.

C) What life skills have you learnt from the activity.
- Trust is very important for a big group of people to get together. In order not to let misunderstandings, arguments, gossips to arise, we got to trust each other. And do the best that we can to protect each other's privacy.

D) In which ways have you become a better person.
- Being able to talk wisely, not hurting the person who i am talking to, regardless of the topic of the conversation. Of course, not breaking the trust that one has trusted me. Being able to be the peacemaker, solving arguments and make peace with each other.
